For each Birthday, Anniversary, and Home Anniversary tile in your Touch Plan, the system schedules:
One task on the actual date each year (the day of the event).
If you fill in "Remind X days before" on that tile, an additional ⏰ Reminder task is created X days earlier so you have lead time to send a card or pick up a gift.
Tip: leave the reminder field blank if you don't want the lead-time task. Tasks repeat automatically every year.
